Football during Covid-19

Covid-19 has had a huge influence on our everyday life. As a teenager, life has been particulary difficult.

School has not been the same since then, there haven’t been any parties and most importantly no physical activities in groups. Apart from 3 weeks in September 2020, there haven’t been any football trainings since March 2020. Moving your body is very important for your physical and mental health. The football training has also always been a way to meet friends and make new friends.

This lack of social contact is demotivating and makes you feel alone. Football has always been my passion but I have not been able to pursue it properly for almost a year. Watching football on TV doesn’t help to fill the gap. Since there are no spectators in the stadium, football games have become boring and unemotional.

What is the only alternative? Playing football in the garden without friends or emotions.
